New Website Creates One Distinct Brand Voice

To better reflect our commitment and investment in healthcare in the communities we serve, Prospect Medical Holdings launched a refreshed website  Oct. 1. The site is provides up-to-date information and easier access to content thanks to a quicker browser on a secure server.

 

“As a healthcare system, the refreshed site better focuses on our people, services and community investment,” said Charles K. Poole, Prospect Medical's Chief Communications Officer. 

 

The site specifically highlights new and improved Careers, Nursing, Community Investment, News, Locations and Clinical Quality sections.

 

The original website was launched in 2016, so it was an appropriate time to update older content and add new information highlighting our mission and core values. The refreshed site took six months to complete and includes new features such as social media buttons for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn to improve communication with key stakeholders.

 

The new site is easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing, which makes it user- and digital-friendly. As a leader in innovative strategies, such as Coordinated Regional Care, the site reflects this kind of pioneering care models.

 

Along with all its hospital-based websites, PM's site has been modernized and moved to a more sophisticated platform to create one distinct brand voice. All hospitals have been migrated to the new server platform, with the exception of Waterbury HEALTH and ECHN, which will migrate to the new platform and design template by the end of the year. The new platform also allows for Google optimization and future interactive features.
